Emily is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner with over 15 years of financial industry experience including trading, wealth management, retirement planning, and banking. Emily began her career in Hong Kong where she held various positions such as Sales Associate and Dealer in a local brokerage and international wealth manager at BNP Paribas Fortis. She then worked as a Trader at a startup fund company in San Francisco. In 2012, Emily started working at UBS Financial Services as an Associate, assisting US and international clients. Prior to joining Willow Grove Advisors, Emily worked for Bank of America Merrill as a Financial Solutions Advisor advising individual clients; creating planning recommendation based client goals, risk tolerance, liquidity needs and time horizon.

Emily helps clients achieve their financial goals, such as retirement, child’s education and general investing. She is devoted to providing excellent client service and financial planning based on each individual client’s needs.

Emily earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-International Business from San Francisco State University. She currently holds Series 9, 10, 66, and CA Health and Life insurance. Emily is a CFP® certificant and also holds AWMA® and CRPC® designations. She is fluent in Cantonese and almost fluent in Mandarin.

Emily lives in the Bay Area. She enjoys both domestic and international travel.
